You get to decide who you are and what you are worth and don’t accept anyone else definition of who you are.
Focus on the positive things when people try and tear you down sometimes we have a hard time seeing the good in ourselves.
Surround yourself with people who support you and encourage you.
Remember, you are not worthless, and you deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.
