Myths About Happiness And Aging

Studies show that there could be a strong link between happiness and aging. It shows that people who are happy do not age as fast as people who are not happy with there lives. One of the reasons for this is that people whom are happier seem to be somewhat healthier than people who are not happy.

Their happier because they will not accept what will be will be even being a bit more proactive with their lives and age. Some don’t give into the myth’s floating around about aging and happiness. There are to many myths floating around and a lot of people buy into them as the truth.

One of the myths is you can do nothing about your body’s aging. Which has been proven false in so many ways. There are plenty of things you can do to protect the length of your telomeres, which are a good indicator of your life span.

Eating right, exercising getting rid of stress and focusing on things that make you happy and enjoy that make you happy in life. Another myth is that your emotional health worsens  when you start aging.

This isn’t true. You can be proactive and do things that make you happy. It’s also said that when you grow old you should retire because your no longer as desirable to employ as younger people are.

Having a part-time job can be beneficial to older people due to inter action with and social connections with other people of all types. there are more and more employers hiring older people to help out with part-time task.

It is not a terrible thing growing old. Just think of all the changes you have witnessed in the time of age. Adapting to all of these changes you must keep an open mind, plus exercise your mind as much as possible.

Exercise and staying active plays a major role in being happy growing old! Always feel good for yourself and everyone else!!!
