One of the greatest downfall of us is assuming things we know nothing about!
I believe we are all guilty of this at one time or another. After all we are only human and that is a trait we all have.
Most of the time we don’t even have a clue and are just to hard headed to understand. This is from my experience and my experience only!
I have always heard never judge a book by its cover and I find this to be so true. I hope that I take all things in consideration. You never know what people are going through and in most cases it is none of my business.
Then again there are so many people that can not seem to mind their own business and seem to love to stir things up because it is their genetic makeup.
Trust me that the world would be a much better place if people were not so judgmental, but isn’t that to much to ask!!! I don’t think so, especially if no one is getting hurt or in danger.
Then again I do not like to get myself in any situations like that to begin with.
My friend and I am raising her autistic granddaughter and of course she was medically needy also at the time. She was born a preemie and weighed in at 28 ounces. All her organs had not developed fully and steroids had to be introduced so her organs could finish developing.
Born with G.E.R.D. she could not hold down any fluids of any kind. She would feed and start to throw everything back up. Afraid of her drowning in her own fluids, they had to insert a NISSAN in her stomach to hold the fluids down.
Inserted into her stomach was a small tube so she could be fed at night. She was hooked up to a pump every night to be fed.
This lasted for seven years and teaching her how to eat was a task I was not ready for! If you have ever been around autistic children before you would know exactly what I was talking about. Some of these children nave super hearing and smelling. They are all different in so many ways. So if you never had any experience with these children, never ever assume anything!!!
